However, we can not guarantee grade of any raw coins, medals, paper money or other items. All grading of raw coins, medals or paper money is just our opinion; we provide quality pictures of actual items being sold unless directly stated otherwise in the item's description. We are pleased to offer lifetime guarantee on authenticity of all coins, medals, paper money or other items that we sell. For all items that are certified by an independent certification services, such as NGC, PCGS, ANACS, PMG or any other please also refer to guarantee of appropriate grading services that in most cases may be found on their web sites.

Returns: There is absolutely no return for NGC, PCGS, and ANACS certified coins or medals or PCGS and PMG certified paper money except authenticity reasons and all sales of such authentic items is final. We offer lifetime money back on all items (certified or not) that will be found not genuine. There is no return for coin lots, large groups and bullion coins. We offer 15 days return privilege for individually sold non certified coins, medals and paper money in rare cases that our items will be grossly misrepresented. If you wish to return any eligible for return non certified coin, medal or paper money please e-mail us first. We will reply with return instructions ASAP. We will not compensate return shipping fees and only will refund amount you paid to us.

Attention e-bay customers: Please do not buy or bid on our items if you disagree with any of our terms, shipping charges or do not intend to buy. It is customer's responsibility to be aware of what he is buying or bidding on. We will gladly answer any questions, please ask BEFORE making your purchase or placing bids on e-bay. All PayPal payments for items won on e-bay must be paid within 5 days after the end of the appropriate auction unless we have other prior arrangements. After 5 days period we reserve the right to open a dispute on e-bay and/or re-list unpaid items for sale again. All non PayPal payments for items won on e-bay must be paid within 10 days after the end of the appropriate auction unless we have other prior arrangements. After 10 days period we reserve the right to cancel the sales and/or re-list unpaid items for sale again. Return privilege for items paid late will be void.
