Mintmark "U" was used only for this issue to distinguish between MS/Proof coins with mintmark "B" and Prooflike coins with mintmark "U" (this coin). In any case the coin is extremely Prooflike and has tremendous eye appeal. There were only 3 coins with this mintmark graded by NGC, two coins in 64 and this coin in 66. This makes it the finest graded by 2 grades, pop 1/0. Scarce.
