This is a boxed set of six
Soviet Olympic coins minted in 1977 by the Leningrad Mint. This set represents the
very first series issued to commemorate the host cities of the 1980 Summer Olympic
Games.
Set Composition: Two 10-Rouble
Coins: Olympic Emblem and Moscow (0.9636 oz ASW each); Four 5-Rouble Coins:
Leningrad, Kiev, Minsk, and Tallinn (0.4818 oz ASW each). Total Silver Content:
approximately 3.86 oz ASW.
The coins are in very high
Uncirculated grades, housed in their original plastic capsules and presented in the
original display box. Please note that no Certificate of Authenticity (COA) is
included.
